Responsibilities
- Manage Day to day activities of the Maintenance department at the site
- Plan schedule, organize work to ensure proper delivery of services to client
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
- Promote teamwork and quality services through daily communication and coordination with other department
- Monthly/ Fortnight meeting with site team and Client.
- Keep Monitor on Logbook/ Check sheet PPM at site
- Ensure all the and polices are into implementation at site
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tool and equipment needed to effective carry out their respective job duties
- Develop and implement procedures for managing quality of engineering services
- Conduct training / Audit at site as per schedule with team
- Tracking of contact renewal
- Resolve the site team grievances and provide them back office support
- Initiate the transition of new site
- Do the survey of site with BD team of new business
- Maintain the Operation / site service record and update management with the same as and update management with the same as and when required
- Ensure that collection of payment to be done with credit period
