IRDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification: The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has published the IRDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification for the position of Assistant Manager on its official website at www.irdai.gov.in on 11th April 2023. Eligible candidates can submit IRDAI Assistant Manager Online Form 2023 from 11th April 2023 to 10th May 2023 through the provided direct link. The IRDAI Notification 2023 has announced a total of 45 vacancies for the Assistant Manager post.

Qualification: The candidates must have the qualifications like Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Engineering/ Graduate/ Masters’s Degree/ PG/ Post Graduate Diploma to apply for the IRDAI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023.
Age Limit: As per the IRDAI Vacancy 2023 Notification, candidates must not be below 21 years and not above 30 years as of 10th May 2023, i.e. candidates should have been born not earlier than 11th May 1993 and not later than 10th May 2002 (both days inclusive) to apply for the IRDAI Assistant Manager Jobs 2023.
Salary: Selected candidates for the IRDAI Assistant Manager Notification 2023 will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- per month in the scale of Rs. 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85850-3300(1)- 89150 (17 years) and other allowances, like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Qualification Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Grade Allowance and other perquisites as approved from time to time, etc., as admissible from time to time. The candidates employed elsewhere and joining IRDAI will be fixed at the minimum basic pay in the scale of pay applicable to the post. At present, the initial monthly gross emoluments for Assistant Manager is approximately Rs.1,30,000/-
Selection Process:
The officials of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) will select the candidates based on their performance in the following
- Phase I – Online Preliminary Examination
- Phase II – Descriptive Examination
- Phase III – Interview

- For SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates the intimation charge is Rs.100/-
- For other than SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates the Examination fee and Intimation charges are Rs. 750/-
