Qualification:
- Senior Resident: PG Degree/ Diploma or MBBS Degree from a recognized university with at least 2 years of working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.
- Contractual Specialist: PG Degree/ Diploma in the concerned specialty and registered with the Medical Council of India. PG Degree or equivalent in the concerned specialty from a Recognized University With 3 (three) years experience after acquiring a PG Degree/ OR minimum of 5 (Five) years experience in the concerned specialty after acquiring a PG Diploma.
Age Limit:
- Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years, (Relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH as per
rules). - Contractual Specialist: Age not to exceed 69 years as of date of interview.
Salary:
- Senior Resident: Rs. 121454/- fixed per month for candidate having PG/ Diploma. In addition to the pay, he will be entailed for transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rule. An amount of Rs. 1350/- will be deducted for S.R.s who possess only Diploma and Rs.2250/- will be deducted if the S.R.s does not possess Diploma/ Degree.
- Full Time Contractual Specialist (FTCS): Rs. 121454/- fixed per month for candidates having PG/ Diploma. They will be entailed for transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rule. DA on transport allowance will be revised from time to time as per the rule.
- Part Time Contractual Specialist (PTCS): Fixed Remuneration of Rs. 60,000 per month (As per HQ guidelines issued vide letter no. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med. IV (Pt. file), Dated 13.04.2022. (In Case of willing for emergency call duty Rs. 15,000 Charges payable for Emergency visits, and Rs. 800/ hour will be payable for extra hours above 16 Hours in the week).
