Responsibilities
- Monitors and reviews incidents reported by business teams.
- Provides hands-on technical tier 2 research and root cause analysis.
- Perform in-depth data and systems analysis.
- Provides 24/7 on-call support for production application outages and critical incidents.
- Ability to work with a variety of staff and resources in multiple time zones and locations.
- Manages configuration changes and develops batch data updates.
- Maintains process and troubleshooting documentation to be utilized by the team.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with business users for specific application areas, as well as work to prioritize requests from business users for those areas.
- Perform code reviews.
- Act as backup for team manager including release deployment and internal support requests.
- May be assigned to special projects that drive continuous improvement of services and production control processes.
