Responsibilities
- Banking and trade finance
- Assumes complete responsibility for accounts, audit, MIS, statutory compliance, budgeting, etc., of a foreign subsidiary;
- Assumes complete responsibility for commercial control of foreign clusters.
- Assumes complete responsibility for statutory compliance at Emami – IMD HO
- Assumes complete responsibility on control, monitoring, payment & MIS of A&P spends.
- Dealing with banks for collection/ discounting of export bills, taking packing credit & hedging export receivables.
- Shall be responsible for accounts, audit, MIS, statutory compliance, budgeting, etc., of a foreign subsidiary.
- Shall be responsible for budgeting, monitoring, controlling, tracking, releasing payments against, generating MIS of A&P spends.
- Shall be responsible for implementation of SAP for tracking A&P spends
- Shall be responsible for statutory compliances at Emami IMD HO.
- Shall be responsible for financial co-ordination for SEA & SAARC cluster.
